Clark Swanson, chairman and founder of OrangeBoy. Clark started OrangeBoy, Inc. in 1996. The firm represents an outgrowth of his interests using statistical tools to define, measure, and manage markets.
Prior to founding OrangeBoy, Clark served as principal administer of the Ohio Historical Foundation, the fundraising ally of the Ohio Historical Society. He relocated to Columbus, Ohio, from Kansas City, MO, where he worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Clark completed his graduate studies at the University of Central Missouri. His undergraduate work was at Missouri Southern State University.
Sandy Swanson is the co-owner and president of OrangeBoy. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Sandra spent eight years in the corporate sector in a variety of marketing and management positions, including serving as a director at Sterling Commerce as a direct report to the CEO. She also spent four years at LEXIS-NEXIS, an online research provider. Before that, she spent six years in the non-profit sector with a national health agency and a cultural institution. Sandra received her MBA from Capital University and a B.A. in Communications from The Ohio State University.
Nickie Harber-Frankart is a senior consultant at OrangeBoy, Inc. She provides research, market segmentation and strategy development to the OrangeBoy team, and serves an account manager for client engagements on the West Coast.
Prior to re-joining OrangeBoy in 2009; Nickie held marketing positions for two Oregon-based companies. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and English from The Ohio State University and her Masters in Business Administration from Marylhurst University in Oregon.
